A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME, YOUR COACH

My name is Anna DeCaria and I wanted to introduce myself to you. I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for almost 15 years. I have been a Health & Wellness Coach for 10 years. In 2021, I became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach My Master's Degree is in Health Education and Promotion.
I offer in person and virtual personal training sessions.
*All in person are done at my location.
I have experience with employee wellness programs; military installations working with active duty, retirees and their families as well as personal training clients.
I would love to help you achieve your goals, whether it is fitness related or the all-encompassing health and wellness route.
My approach is simple: meet each individual “where they are” and help them gain/regain the skills needed to set and achieve goals that move them closer to their best self.
